This cause having come on to be heard efore me upon
Co~t}plaint in an action for Paternity against the Defendant,
KE~JNET~ri E. PARKER, of 1721 Avenue L, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
and for other relief under Chap. 742 of the Florida Statutes, and
the Plaintiff, together with her witnesses and counsel, having
been before ne, and the Defendant having defaulted, this Court
finds :
1. That this Court has jurisdiction over the parties
and subject matter of this cause.

September 1978, is the child of BEVERLY ANN ROSHER and

~ the child named KEi1T1ETH ERA:d ROS~iEP. at Lawnwood Medical Center,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida on September 8, 1978.
5. That Plaintiff resides in Pinellas County, Florida
~ and has worked for three years and seven months at Instrunent
~
~ Transformers, Inc. , Pinellas County, Florida, and earns a take-
~
~ home pay of approximately One Hundred Seventy-five ($175.00)
~
~ per week.
