KENtJETH E. PARKER, child support payments provided herein after
deducting Qne ($1.00) Dollar for handling, to the Clerk of Circuit ~
Court, St. Lucie County, Ft. Pierce, Florida, at the P. 0. address
aforementioned. This income deduction provision shall not become
effective until such time as KEi1NETH E. PARKER is delinquent in
two child support payments. In the event KE~INETH E. PARKER shall
be so delinquent, and has been given fifteen (15) days notice of
said delinquency and failed to pay the same, then the Plaintiff,
or her representative, shall serve a copy of this judgment upon
the said employer by Certified Mail-Return Receipt Requested.
Such service shall be prima facie evidence that the above condi-
tions have occurred. Upon receipt of this Order the employer
shall re~it payment forthwith as set forth herein. This income
deduction order shall be in addition to, not in lieu of, aIl
other remedies for collection of child support provided by
Florida Law.
7. This Court r.etains jurisdiction on all matters
touching on the care, custody and control of the minor child .
