AND MODIFICATION
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing on the 19th day of July,
1984 upon the Wife's Motiorz For Enforcement and Clarification .
of Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage and Motion to
Modify Final Judgment of Dissolution, and this Court h~aving
given full consideratior, to the evidenre and testimony
presented to it and having been otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
i 1. WIFE'S r10TI0NS GRANTED: The Wife's Motions for

; Enforcement, Clarification and Modification of Final Judgment
Dissolution of Marriage are hereby granted.
2. DEFINITION OF "ASSIST": The Final Judgment
~ Dissolution of Marriage entered in this cause on October 6,
~ 1980 rovides in ara raph 4 that "as additional child support

to assist the parent having custody in the payment of all
~ responsible educational, medical, dental, hospital and
~
~ orthodontical expenses." This Court has been requested to
~
~
~
~ define the meaning of the word "assist" and based upon the
~
' evidence and testimony and further based upon the financial
situations of the parties at the time of the Final Judgment
~ Dissolution of Marriage and based upon the financial affidavits
~ presented to this Court, this Court defines and clarifies the

~ word "assist" to mean that each parent shall be responsible for
~ fifty percent of the payment of all reasonable, educational,
