medical, dental, hospital and orthodontical expenses.
3. ORTHODONTIST BILLS FOR SANDRA M, TRAVIS: Based upon
the testimony and the evidence presented, it appears that the
orthodontist bill for the minor child, Sandra M. Travis, will ~
bP paid partially by the insurance covering Sandra M. Travis
but that there will remain an outstanding balance of
approximately $1,400.00 which will be due for the orthodontist
bill for said minor child. This Court re~ognized from the
evidence and testimony presented that each of the parties has
already paid $~75.00 toward said orthodontist bill and that the
insurance company shall pay its share of the orthodontist bill
first. Therefore, the Husband and the Wife shall each be
responsible to pay one-half of the remaining balance due on the
orthodontists bills for Sandra ~t. Travis as they accrue, after
the insurance company has paid its portion of said bills. The
Husband and Wife are each ordered to make time-ly payments of
one-half each of the orthodotists bills as they are presented

= by Dr. Swigler~ after the insurance company has paid its

? 4. TESTING AND TUTORING BILLS FOR SANDRA M. TRAVIS:

~ Based upon the evidence and testimony presented it appears that
~ a tutoring and testing bill in the total amount of ~572.00 was

a reasonable educational expense in accordance with paragraph 4 _
of the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Atarriage in this cause.
Based upon the evidence and testimony it has been shown that
the Husband has paid $36.00 of said bil~ and the Wife has paid
~
$536.00 toward said bill. Also based upon the definition of '
~
~ the word "assist" as provided above, the Husband shall be
~
a
responsible for reimbursing the Wife the sum of $250.00 for his
~
` remaining one-half share of said reasonable educational
expense, said payment to be made as more fully set forth below.
