HomeMy WebLinkAbout0961 ~ 1 at the foresaid hearing, the Wife has paid the sum of ~5,600.00 since the dissolution of marriage in this cause for the private schooling and other educational needs of the minor children. It further appeared from the evidence and testimony presented at said hearing that the Husband has made no contribution toward the private schooling and other educational expenses of the minor children and it further appeared from the testimony and evidence that the minor children were attending private schooling during the marriage of the parties and at the time of dissolution of marriage in this cause. The Court finds that the private schooling costs in the amount of $5,600.00 paid by the 4Jife for the education of the minor children to be a_ reasonable educational expense as provided in paragraph 4 of the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage in this cause and based upon the Court's definition of the word "assist" as set forth above, the Husband is hereby ordered to pay to the ti'ife as reimbursement for his one-half share of said past private school expenses and other educational expenses, the sum of ~ E $2,800.00, to be paid in accordance with the terms set forth i r more fully below. INCREASE IN CHILD SL?PPORT PAYMENTS: Based upon the i ` evidence and testimony presented to this Court, this Court ~ finds that there has been a substanr.ial and material change in ~ the circumstances of the parties since the entry of the Final ~ Judgment Dissolution of Plarriage in this cause on October 6, ~ ~ 1980 by Circuit Judge G. Kendall Sharp. The Court further ~ ~ determines from the evidence and testimony presented that the ~ Husband has the"ability to earn at least twice as much as he ~ ~ was earning as of the entry of the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage. Based upon these findings, this Court hereby modifies the provisions of parag:aph 4 of the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage and increases the amount of child ~ support to be paid by the Husband to the Wife for each minor ~ r child from the amount of $30.00 per week per child to the ~ 3 ~39 P~~E FI:uK
