amount of $58.00 per week per child. Commencing on Friday,
July 20, 1984 and continuing on each Friday of each respective
subsequent week thereafter, the Husband shall pay to the Wife
as child support for the minor children of the parties the sum
of $58.00 per week per child. Each child support psyment,shall ~
be made by cashier`s check, cash ar money order to the Clerk of
this Court who shall thereafter promptly remit the same to the
Wife. Due to the Husband's present circumstances, this Court
shall Fermit the Husband to make the payments ather than weekly
(i.e. on a monthly or quarterly basis) so long as said payments
are made in advance and not in arrears. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to he added
to each payment made to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the
Wife are ordered to keep the Clerk informed of their current
mailing addresses.
Additionally, it is hereby ordered oursuant to Section
409.2574, Florida Statutes (1983), that the employer of the
! Husband shall deduct the sums herein provided on a periodic

' basis from the income due to the Husband and remit the same,

~ after deducting its charge for handling, to the registry of the
~ Court. Such income deduction shall not be effective until the
~
Husband is delinquent in two weekly child support payments and

~ has failed to pay all arrearages and past public assistance -
obligations. Service of this Order on the employer shall be
prima facia evidence that the above conditions have occured.
~ Upon receipt of this Order, the employer shall govern himself

~ ac~ordingly and remit payment forth with. This income deduction
~ order shall be in addition to, not in lieu of, all other
~
remedies provided herein or hereafter.
. 7, FUTURE EDilCATIONAL, MEDICAL, DENTAL, HOSPITAL AND
ORTNODONTICAL EXPENSES: Notwithstanding the fact that this
Court has increased the child support payments due from the
~ Husband to the Wife as more fully set forth above, the
