HomeMy WebLinkAbout0963 . . r - - 'rr'~ ~ ~ provision in paragraph 4 of the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage providing additional child support to assist the parent having custody in the payment of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital and orthodontical expenses shall remain in full force and effect and the Husband and Wife are hereby ordered to each be responsible for fifty percent of all future reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital and orthodontical eapenses. Each party is further ordered to pay his or her fifty percent share of said i reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital and orthodontical expenses in a prompt and timely manner after said expense has been incurred and a bill has been presented to each party. 8. SUMMER VISITATION: Based upon the evidence and testimony presented it appears that the Husband is presently working in Saudi Arabia and has requested that he be permitted visitation with the minor children for three weeks in the summer on the European continent, counsel for the Husband having further stated that the Husband shall be responsible for all expenses of transportation and any other related expenses during said visitation. Based upon the stipulation of the Wife ~ and her counsel in open Court, it is hereby ordered that ~ commencing the summer of 1984 and continuing each summer in ; - ~ which the Husband is employed with the Saudi Arabian ~ 4 ~ government, the Husband shall be permitted summer visitation ~ ~ with the minor children on the European continent so long as ~ ~ ~ the Nusband pays all transportation costs of said minor . ~ children and all other expenses of the minor children during ~ > ~ said visitation. The Husband shall give the Wife reasonable notice of his plans and arrangEments for said visitation (not less than one weeks notice) and the Wife sha11 cooperate fully - in allowing the Husband to exercise his summer visitation on ~ the European continent.
