return to the visitation as provided in the Separation and
Property Settlement Agreea~ent and the Final Judgment
Dissolution of Marriage in th~s cause.
9. HUSBAND IN CONTEMPT FOR GHILD SUPPORT ARREARAGES:
This Court finds the Husband to be in willful contempt of this
Court for failure to pay child support payments amounting to
$1,474,00 through July 13, 1984. The Husband shall be
sentenced to sixty days in the County Jail in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, but shall be permitted to purge himself by
making the payment of $1,474.00 by bank check or personal check
payable to "John Edgar Sherrard, P.A. Trust Account" and said
payment to be received by John Edgar Sherrard, P.A, at 203
South Indian River Drive, Post Office Box 4332, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450 on or before 4:30 p,m, Friday, August 31, 1984.
Upon receipt by John Edgar Sherrard, P.A, of said payment, and
after clearance of the funds, John Edgar Sherrard, P.A. shall
notify the Clerk of this Caurt that said €unds have been
i received and upon said notification, the Clerk of this Court
i shall show the Husband current through July 13, 1984 in his

~ child support payments due under the Final Judgment Dissolution
~ of Marriage in this cause. Should the Husband fail to deliver
i
~ said payment to John Edgar Sherrard, P.A. Trust Account on or
~ before 4:30 p.m. on August 31, 1984, then upon Affidavit from '

~ John Edgar Sherrard, P.A. to that effect, this Court shall

~ enter its order directing the Sherifi of St. Lucie County and
~ his deputies to apprehend the Husband and upon taking him into
~
; custody to incarcerate the Husband for a period of sixty days
~
~ in the County Court in and for St. Lucie Count_y, Florida unless

he purges himself as set forth above. This Court is entering
s
this contempt arder based upon the evidence and testimony
~
~ presented showing that the Husband is in willful contempt of
the Court and has sufficient funds and assets with which to pay
~
~ said arrearages in the amount of $1,474.00.
