10, ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS: Based upon the evidence
and testimony presented at the hearing, this Court finds the
sum of $1,500.00 to be a reasonable fee for the services of Che ,

Wife's attorney in and about these modification, clarification 4
and contempt proceedings. This Court further finds that the
Husband has a superior ability to that of the Wife to pay said
fees and this Court orders the Husband to pay John Edgar
Sherrard two-thirds of said fees in the amount of $1,000.00, ;
the payr~ent of which is more fully set forth below. The Husband
is also ordered to pay two-thirds of the costs incurred by the
Wife in and about these proceedings. The Wife shall be
responsible for one-third of her attorney's fees (in the amount
of ~500.00) and for one-third of the costs incurred by her in
and about these proceedings.
11, METHOD OF PAYMENT OF AMOUNTS ORDERED: The method of
paying the arrearages of child support has already been set
forth in paragraph 9 above and the Husband is ordered to comply
~ with those provisions. The method of paying the amounts due in

~ paragraph 4, 5, and 10 above are addressed in this paragraph.

The payments due for the testing and tutoring, the past private .
f .
~ schooling and educational expenses, and the attorney's fees as
s
set forth above total the amount of ~4,050.00. The Husband is
~
~ hereby ordered to pay said payments in four monthly
~ instaliments commencing the 19th day of August, 1984 and
~
~ continuing the 19th day of each month thereafter until the
~
~ entire amount is paid in full. The first three installments
~
~ shall be in the amount of ~1,000.00 each and the final
~ ;
s installment shall be -in the amount of ~1,050.00. Each
~
installment shall be paid by bank check or personal check made
payable to "John Edgar Sherrard, P.A., Trust Account" and
delivered to John Edgar Sherrard, P.A. at 203 South Indian
• River Drive, Post Office Box 4332, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450
on or before 4:30 p.m, on the 19th day of each month as the

~ payments become due. After the receipt of said payments and
