LUC~; ~ ~ ~ TERRY LEE KIRTS, Husband. ~ W~~ FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 25th day of July, 1~84, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; the relation of Husband and Wife ~ ! now exists between the parties; and the marriage between the par- ties is irretrievably broken and should be dis~olved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between KATHRYN f ~ A. KIRTS and TERRY LEE KIRTS be and the same is hereby dissolved, ~ a f and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from I ~ the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ~ the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. PROPERTY. The parties marital dwelling located at ~ 213 North 37th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida shall be sold at a . s mutually agreed upon price and the net proceeds divided equally ~ between the parties. If said home is not sold within a period of ~ ~ one year, the Court hereby retains jurisdiction to partition the ~ ~ property upon the request of either party. ~ 3. JURISDICTION.
