ROWLAND, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRZAGE This cause came on for trial July 31, 1984 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. the marriage between LARRY ROWLAND and DEBORAH S. ROWLAND be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from tne bonds of matrimony ; heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising ~ therefrom. t ~ 2. The primary residential custody of the minor children, E f ~ CHRISTY ROWLAND, born October 14, 1975, and DEBORAH ROWLAND, born ~ ~ a July 21, 1979, is awarded to the Wife, DEBORAH S. ROWLAND, qranting t ~ to the Husband, LARRY ROWLAND, reasonable rights of visitation. ~ . ; Each of the parties shall share the marital respon- ~ ~ sibilities as to the minor children's social, medical and general ~ welfare, religious participation, education and all other items s ' with reference to the responsibility of parents.
