The parties shall use all reasonable efforts to ~
maintain free access in order to create a feeling of a~fection
between the children and each of the parties. Neither of the parties
shall do anything to hamper the children's love and respect for the
other party. Each party shall notify the other promptly of any
serious illness or accident befalling the children while in his or
her custody.
3. Commencing Friday, August 3, 1984 the Husband shall
pay to the Wife the sum of $50.00 each and every week for the support
and maintenance of the ~ch of the minor childrer:, for a-total weekly
payment of $100.00.
All payments for child support shall be made to the
Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In
addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. -Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in
; effect. The present residence and mailing address of the Wife is

f 4. As a partial lump sum alimony award, the Husband shall
~ convey to the Wife all of his right, title and interest in and to
~ the marital home located 3t 6101 Bamboo Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida

~ described as follows:

~ Lot 32, Block 86, Indian River Estates
~ Unit Nine, as per plat thereof on file
~ in Plat Book 10, page 7, public records
of Saint Lucie County; Florida
~
~ together with all of the furniture, furnishings and appliances now
~
located therein and equipment of every nature located on the property
whereon the marital home is situate, except the stereo and roll-top
desk, which two items shall be the exclusive property of the Husband.

~ The Husband shall execute an instrument conveying such interest in the
~
~ marital home, furniture, furnishings, applia:~ces and equipment within
~
~ ten days from the date o~ this Final Judgment. In the event the
