HomeMy WebLinkAbout0976 ~ ~ , i Husband fails to so do, then this Judgment shall act as a transfer to the Wife of the Husband's interest in the marital home, the land hereinabove described together with the furniture, furnish- ings, appliances and equipment located therein and thereon, except the stereo and roll-top desk. The wife shall be responsible for, and pay, all liens now existing against said property and save the Husband harmless therefrom. S. The Wife shall have no interest in, or make any claim to, any Winn-Dixie stock now in the possession o~ the Husband. 6. The Hnsband shall be responsible for, and p~y, the entire account now due Sears Roebuck and save the Wife harmless therefrom. 7. The Husband shall be responsible for, and maintain, ins~lrance coverage for the two minor chi]~en under his medical insurance. Any necessary medical, dental and hospitalization expenses incurred for the benefit of the minor children not covered by such insurance shall be borne by the parties equally, onehal£ by the Hnsband and onehalf by the Wife. The Husband shall provide the Wife with an identification card evidencing such coverage to be in effect, at all times. 8. The Husband shall convey to the Wife any interest he may have in and to the 1977 Chevrolet Camaro automobile now in the possession of the Wife; that such transfer of interest shall be • executed within ten days from the date of this Final Judgment. In the event the Husband fails to so do, thzs Final Judgment shall act as such transfer of the Husband's in~erest to the Wife. 9. The Husband shall pay to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, attorney of record for the Wife, the sum o~ $500.00 for his legaZ services in behalf of the Wife, and her costs in the sum of $6?.53. 10. Each of the parties is hereby restrained and enjoined from molesting, annoying, harassing, badgering ar using physical violence on the other or the minor children. LAW OFFICE ERROL S.
