S T I P U L A T I O N G~
It is stipulated and agreed by-and between the parties hereto
and their respective counsel of record as follows:
1. The Wife, Deborah S. Rowland, shall have the primary
residential custody of the minor children, Christy Rowland and
Deborah Rowland, and the Husband, Larry Rowland, shall have shared
parental responsibilities and reasonable rights of visitation.
2. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $50 each
week for the support of each child, for a total weekly payment of
$100; that said payments shall commence on the first Friday after
the entry of a Final Judgment in this~cause and shall be made on
Friday of each week thereafter until further order of Court.
~ Al1 payments for child support shall be made to the C3~k
~ of this Court and.by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition,

~ there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
~
~ added to each payment made t~ the Cla~k. All payments shall be made
~ in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties shall
~
~ keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
~
s addresses at all times. ~

~ 3. As a partial lump sum alimony award, the Husband shall
k
convey to the Wife all of his right, title and interest in and to
€
the marital home located at 6101 Bamboo Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida;
that the Wife shall be responsible for the payment of all mortgages
or other liens, maintenance and upkeep of said property,and save

~ the Husband harmless therefrom, including taxes and insurance.
