does hereby deny the Defendant's Verified Motion to Set Aside
Judgment and further, upon oral Motion of the Defendant to set a
amount of bond in case of an appeal does find that the proper
bond according to the rules is the amount of the Judgment plus

In the event an appeal from this Order is filed and
bond is posted in that amount, then proceedings on the Judgment
entered by the Court in this matter shall be stayed pending the
