Defendant's Motions were not timely filed. 2. Defendant's Motions do not meet the requirenients of the Rules of Civil Procedure and are therefore denied. 3. The Plaintiff's Motion to Compel is granted and the Defendant, TONY JONES, is ordered to appear on or before the 20th day of August, 1984 at a place agreed by counsel in St. Lucie County, Florida and if further ordered to fully and completely answer the Interrogatories propounde3 to him at that time. 4.
