The Defendant's Motion for Protective Order, Ohjections
to Interrogatories, and the Pla?ntiff's Motion to Compel having
come up for hearing at 2:30 p.m. on the 16th day of July, 1984
and the Court having been apprised of the law in the matter does
find:
I. Defendant's Motions were not timely filed.
2. Defendant's Motions do not meet the requirenients of
the Rules of Civil Procedure and are therefore denied.
3. The Plaintiff's Motion to Compel is granted and the
Defendant, TONY JONES, is ordered to appear on or before the 20th
day of August, 1984 at a place agreed by counsel in St. Lucie
County, Florida and if further ordered to fully and completely
answer the Interrogatories propounde3 to him at that time.
4. If the Defendant fails to comply with this Court's
Order, then upon Motion by counsel, the Court will enter
sanctions as provided by law. _
