sequent to the 30 day s time from the date of this mortgage. declining to insure said note and this mortgage, being deemed con-
~lusive proof of such ineligibility), the mortgagee or the holder of the not~ may, at its option. declare all suma secured henby immediately

16. Attorney's f~es. as used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "Attorney's Fees" shall include attorney's fees. if any. which shall be -
awarded by an Appellate Court.
