WHEREAS, MARCELLA V. SHACKELFORD, late of St. Lucie Countyj ;

Floria, died testate on riay 7, 1984, having at the time of her ~

' death various goods, chattels and credits within St. Lucie County~
rlorida; and

WHEREAS, it appears to the undersigned Circuit Judge that ;

a Curator is necessary ta take charge of the goods, chattels and ~
credits of the decedent in order that they may be well preserved,;

kept and administered, in accordance with Orders of th~s Court, ~
until a personal representative is appointed, and; ;
WHEREAS, STEPHEN P. HOSKINS, the Curator appointed by an
Order of this Court, has given bond, taken the oath prescribed ;
'~by law, designated a resident agent and performed all other acts ~
i
'1, necessarcy to entitle him to Letters of Curatorship as the legall}~
~
~ qualified Curator of the Estate of MARCELLA V. SHACKELFORD, !
~i deceased;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Circuit Judge, in and ~

;for St. Lucie County, Florida, by virtue of the power and ~
1 authority vested in me by law, do grant to STEPHEN P. HOSKINS '

' the Curatorship of the Estate, until a personal representative i

can be appointed, with full powe'r to collect and preserve the
goods, chattels and credits that belonged to the decedent in ~

her lifetime and at the time of her death; to ask, sue for and
~
recover and receive these assets for the purpose of turning ?

over and delivering them to the legally appointed and qualified ~
~~personal representative of the Estate of N;ARCELLA V. SHACKELFORD,~
