The petitioner, CLARA MASTERS, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as surviving spouse.
Petitioner's name and address are CLARA MASTERS, 246 Mainsail Street, Port St.
LUcie, Florida, and the name and address of petitioner's attorney are set forth
at the end of this petition.

Mainsail Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida, and, if known, whose age was 75 and
whose social security number is 150-OS-8345, died on January 26, 1984, at Martin
Memorial Hospital and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
