and address are GEORGIA MAE BAILEY, 2304 Avenue T1, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450, and then name and address of
Petitioner's attorney are set forth at the end of this
Petition.
2. Decedent, WILBUR BAILEY, whose last known address
was 2304 Avenue `t, Fort Pierce, ~'lorida, and whose age was 26
years, died on February 20, 1984 at Lawnwood Medical Center,
Fort Pierce, Florida and at the time of death was domiciled in
