_ ~ proceeding as a lineal descendant of the decedent, and as the

w Testament of the decedent, which is attached as Exhibit A,
alleges: .
1. The decedent, WILLIAM C. DENMON, died on August 24,
1983, domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. At the time of decedent's death, the decedent owned
the following described real property:
East 1/2 of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3, less the
North 5 feet, Block 10, in MARAVILLA TERRACE
SUBDIVISION as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 50,
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
on which the decedent resided as the head of a family
consisting of decedent and EDDIE LEE DENMON, his spouse.
' 3. The decedent's estate consists of no other real or

described real property and administration of the decedent's s

~ estate pursuant to his will is not contemplated.
