On the petition of MELVIN C. ~ENMON, lineal descendant of~„

the decedent for an order setting aside the homestead of the
above decedent, the court finding that all interested persons
have been served proper notice of hearing, or have waived
notice thereof; that the material allegations of the petition
are true; that the decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida, at the time of death; that decedent was survived by a
- survivinq spouse and by lin~al ciescendants; and that a~ the
time of decedent's death, he owned certain real property
described in the petition upon which he resided as the head of
a family; it is
ADJUnGEB that the following described property;
East 1/2 of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3, less the
North 5 feet, Block 10, in MARAVILLA TERRACE
' SUBDIVISION as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 50,
` in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
