ARTICLE III
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, reaidue and re-
mainder of my estate of whataoever the aame may consist and
whereaoever the aame may be located to my children, DEBRA ANN
TOTH, ROBERT B. OLSON, II, JUDITH L. ADDER, and CRAIG S. OLSON
in equal shares, ahare and share alike, per atirpea.
ARTICLE IV
I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, DEBRA ANN
TOTH, personal representative of thia my Laat Will and Teatament,
to serve without bond. If ahe should predecease me or fails to
qualify aa personal representative of this my Last Will and Teata-
ment, ar having qualified, thereafter for any reaaon shall cease
to act, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, ROBERT B. OLSON
II, aa succeaaor personal representative of this my Last Will and
Testament. I direct that no bond be required of my successor
personal representative.
ARTICLE V
In addition to all the powera cuatomarily afforded personal
repreaentativea by law, I specifically authorize my personal
