THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the ~~day of August, 1984, by 7

MINNIE MERRITT, HAROLD JOSEPH TRAYNOR, GARY WAYNE TRAYNOR and
HARRY HARRISON TRAYNOR, JR., as legal heirs of the Estate of
HARRY HARRISOh TRAYNOR, Deceased, hereinafter called the Grantors,
to ROBERT E. PARKER and MINNIE W. PARKER, his wife, whose post
office address is 2502 Jersey Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
hereinafter called the Grantees.
ti'ITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 ared other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees, all that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

VISION, according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 21, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
