FIRST 1~1MENDMIIVT OF ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF
SEA TERN OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND CONDC~~!INIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
We, the undersigned, Michael D. Tsolas and Ann Inbert, being the
President and Secretary, respectively,.of Sea Tern of Huta'~inson Island
Condominium Association, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Association"),
do hereby certif~ that at a meeting of the members of the Association, duly
called and held on June 27, 1984 pursuant to due notice thereof, at which
22 unit owners were present in person or represented by proxy, being eighty-
one per cent (81~) of the total voting power of the Association, the following
changes to the Association's Articles of Incorporation were duly approved:

; ~ 1. Article V- Directors shall be changed in its entirety to
read as follows: •

"ARTICLE V - DIRECTORS
} "Zhe affairs of the corporation shall be managed,
~ - -
d governed and administered by a Board of Directors. The
~ number of persons constituting the Board of Directors is five (5).

> "Provision for the removal, disqualification and

~
resignation of Directors and for the filling of vacancies
shall be established by the By-laws of the corporation. The
directors shall be elected o~ the second Wednesday in March ~
of each year."
2. The last sentence of Article VI - Officers shall be changed
to read as follows:
"Z'he officers shall be elected on the second Wednesday
- in March of each year."
