WARRANTY DEED ~

THIS kARRANTY DEED made and executed the 17th day of
August, A.D. 2984, by CENTRAL FLORIDA FEDERAL LAND BANK
ASSOCIATION, a corporation existing under the laws of the
United States of America, successor by merger to FEDERAL LAND
BANK ASSOCIATION OF LAKELAND, having its principal place of
business at Lakeland, Florida, hereinafter called the grantor,
to SOUTH FLORIDA PRODUCTIQN CREDIT ASSOCIATION and FEDERAL
LANB BANK ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH FLORIDA, whose post office

hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $lO.OQ and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
