5. This agreement is binding upon the heics, successors, leyal
representatives and assigns of the parties.
6. The un~ersigned Owner(s) shall be bou~~d t~~ tt~e L.ender to ~h~
same extent and in the same amount as if the undersigned Owner(s) were
Mortgagor and eorrower under said Mortgage and the maker of all '
promissory notes secured thereby.
The Len3er t~ereby agrees that the credit or the Owner(s} is
satisfactory and that the above-stated new interest rate payable c~n the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Lender
hereby consents to the sale, transfer andfor conveyance af the
aforesaid mortgaged property to the Owner(s).
8. The undersigned Owner(s) hereby assumes, in addition to the
mortgage obligation referred to above, all of the su~plemental
conditions executed at the time of the mortq~ge obligation, which
conditions are referred to either as "5upplemental Agreement" or
"Uniform and Non-Uniform Covenants" and asssumes those conditions as
fully as thouyh the undersigned has executed said written agreement.
