NOTICE: THIS RIDER ADDS A PROVISION 1`U THE SECURITY INSTRUMENT
PROHIBITING THE HORROWEFt FROM FURTHER ENCZIMBBRING THE PROPER'~'Y.
This Rider is made this y~ day of August , 1984 .
and is incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supple-
ment the Mortgage, Deed of Trust, or Deed to Secured Debt (the
"Security Instrtanent") of the same date yiven by the undersigned
(the "R~rr.~wer") to secure Borrower's Note to FIRST LTNION SAVINGS At`D
"L~AN ASSOCIATION, a Florida Corporation (the "Lender" ) of the same date
(the "Note") and covering the property described in the Security
Instrument and located at 302 North 12th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida
(Property Adclress)
In addition to the covenants and ayreements made in the
Security Instr~m?ent, Borrower and Lender further covenant and
agree as follows:
A. PROHIBITION OF FURTHER ENCUMBRANCE
The Security Instrunent is amended to inclu~3e the following
as an additional covenant of Borrower:
24. Agreement Not to Further Encumber. As part of the
indu:.ement for Lender to Make the Loan evidence~3 by the Note and ~
~ Mortgage, Borrower covenants and agrees not to mortgage, finance,
or otherwise further encicriber any interest (either legal or
beneficial) in or any part af the Property, without the prior
written consent of Lender. In the evEnt any such encumbrance is
' mad e by the Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option, may declare all
