Before each Interest ` Change Date, the Note Holder rrill calculate a~ neW rate of intereat ~ by adding 2.625 percentage points ( 2.E25 x) to the Current ~ Indez. The NoLe Holder Will then round the result of this addition ~ to the nearest one-eighth of one percentage point (0.125x).
