Commencing at the intersection of the East right of way line of U.S.
Highway No. 1, as now located, and the Soutli boundary line of Section
6, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, and run thence Northwesterly along
said East right of way of U.S. Highway No. 1, a distance of 26.43 feet,
to the point of beginning; and from said point of beginning, continue
Northwesterly along said East right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 1 a
distance of 200 feet to a point; thence run East parallel to the South
line of said Section 6, a distance of 150 feet to a point; thence run
Southzasterly parallel Co the East right of way line of said Hig~way, a
distance of 200 feet to a point; thence run West parallel to the South
line of said Section 6, a distance of 150 feet to the Point of Beginning;
said tract lying in and being a part of the S'~ of the S~ of the SE~ of the SE4
of Section 6, Township 34 South, Range 40 East.
