WITNESSETH: THAT Grantor, for an~ in consideration of the sum of TEN ($1U.00) DOLLARS and other ~ood and valuable consid~ration paid by Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowiedged, has aranted, bardained. and sold to Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assi~ns forever the following described real property situate, lying and bei«g in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: The Condominium Parcel known as Unit 1101 ~ of THE SANDS ON THE OCEAN, A CONDOVIINIUI~I, SECTION I(the "Condominium" according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, reeorded in Official Records Book 404 , at Pages ~ 995 through 2081 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the comman elements (as defined in the Declaration) appurtenant thereto. Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor, herebv ex~~resslti• assumes and agrees to be bound by and to comply with all of the covenants, terms, con: itions and provisions set forth and contained in the aforedescribed Declaration of Condominium, including, but not limited to, the obligation to make payment of assessmenis for t~e maintenance and operation of the Condominium which may be levied against the above described Unit.
