whether personalty or realty. My attorney in fact may in
his sole unrestricted discretion and judgment conduct banking
business, borrow or loan money, handle any and all tax
matters relating to me, enter into any and all agreements of
whatever kind or nature, represent me in any and all capacities,
negotiate settlements, buy, sell or pledge real or personal
