in and for the state and county aforesaid, personally appeared,
MAY WALDEN, to me well known, who being first duly sworn and
cautioned concerning the laws of the State of Florida regarding
perjury, deposed and said that LEO WALDEN, Deceased, and MAY
WALDEN were continuously married, never divorced, from the date of
their marriage, January 11, 1956, until the death of LEO WALDEN on
July 6, 1984. '
