S A T I S F A C T I O N O F M O R T G A G E
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, MAY WALDEN, the
owner and holder of a certain Mortgage Deed executed by LEO V.
WALDEN and MAY E. WALDEN, his wife to VINCENT R. GORHAM, JR. and
JOHN M. GORHAM bearing the date the 28th day of January, 1981,
recorded in Official Records Book 347, Page 1702, in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Johns County, State of
Florida, securing that certain note in the principal sum of
FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($56,000.00) DOLLARS, and certain
promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the
property situate in said State and County described as below,
to-wit:
From the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 2, Township 35S, Range 39 East, St.
Luci~ County, Florida; run North 00 deg. 08' 13" West along
the land line 1280.76 feet to a point on the northeriy line
of Interstate 95 and the point of beginning; thence continue
North 00 deg. 08' 13" West 1455.53 feet; thence run north 00
deg. 24' 48" West 661.89 feet to the southeast corner of the
northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
said Section 2, thence run South 89 deg. 47' 47" west along
