4, Venue of this proceeding is in this county because decedent
died domiciled in St . Lucie County , Florida .
5. PHILIP K. BROWN , whose address is set forth in paragraph 1 'i
above and who ia qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to aerve as Personal
Repreaentative of decedent's estate, is entitled to preference in appointment as Personal
Representative because he is nominated Personal Representative in the decedent's
Last Will and Testament .
6. The assets of this estate consist of real property, personal property,
stocks, bonds and cash having an estimated value of over $100,000.00.
7. This estate will be subject to Federal Estate Tax Return .
8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of decedent
other than as set forth in paragraph 9.
9. The original of the decedent's Last Will dated February 8, 1977,
and made self-proving at the time of execution, accompanies this Petition. L'nder
Article Sixth of said Will, the decedent directed that no bond be required of the
Personal Representative named therein .

~ Petitioner requests that the decedent's Lasi Will be admitted to Probate
~ and that he be appointed Personal Representatiye of the Florida estate of the~decedent.

Petitioner, in his individual capacity as a beneficiary, hereby waives service of
Notice of Administration .
