do hereby make and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking ~i ,

~ all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me .
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, m,y funeral e~cpenses and the
cost of administration of my estate be paid as soon as practicable after my death .
SECOi~TD: I direct that my Personal Representative pay out of my residuary
estate without apportionment , all estate , inheritance , succession and other taxes ~
(together with any penalties thereon) , assessed by reason of my death imposed by ~
the Governr~ent of the United States, or any state or territory thereof or by any foreign
government or political subdivision thereof, in respect of all property required to be '
included in my gross eatate for estate or like death tax purposes by any of such
' governments, whether the property passes under this Will or otherwise, including

~ property over which I have a power of appointment, without contribution by any
~
~ recipient of any such property .

~ THIRD: I give and devise the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00)
~ Dollars to my friend , WINIFRED W. KORBELAK , to be hers absolutely if she survives
~ me . In the event that my said friend , WINIFRED W. KGRBELAK , fails to survive me
~
or if she shall die within a period of ninety (90) days after the date of my death,
~
~
~
~ then this bequest shall be void and my estate shall be administered and distributed
~
in all respects as though my said friend, WINIFRED W. KOR.BELAK, had not survived
~ me .

~ FOURTH: I devise all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate
whether real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever situate, and whether acquired
~ before or after the making of thia Will, to my four children, PHILIP K. BftOWN,
