GORDON L. BROWN , RALPH W. BROWN and JANET P. HULBERT , to be theirs
absolutely , in eqUal shares , share and ehare alike .
FIFTH: In the event that any of my said children shall predecease me,
I hereby devise his or her share to their then living issue, equally, per atirpes. In the
event that any of my said children ahall predecease me leaving no issue , I hereby devise
his or her share to my surviving children to be theirs absolutely in equal shares .
SIXTH: I hereby nominatz, constitute and appoint my son, PHILIP
K. BROWN , Personal Representative of thib , my Last Will and Testament , to serve
w-ithaut bond and authorize and empower him as Personal Representative to sell
at public or private sale the whole or any part of my estate, real, personal or mixed
or to mortgage, lease or make such other dispositions of said estate as he, in his
ju~gment , finds proper. In the event that my said son should predecease me
or shall be unable or unwilling to serve as such Personal Repreaentative, I then
nominate and appoint FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUAR,T ,
as Alternate Personal Representative hereunder to serve without bond and hereby :1
confer upon it the same powers and authority heretofore conferred upon my said son .
