CLAIM OF LIEN

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., ESQ., who being duly sworn, says that he
is the Attorney of the Lienor herein, Wickes Lumber Company,
whose address is P. O. Box 276, Fort Pierce, FL 33454, an` at
in pursuance of a contract with Universal General, Inc., Lienor
furnished labor, services or materials consisting of LumY~er and
rliscellaneous Building Materials of a total value of $3,548.2C
which there remains unpaid $3,548.20 for which amount it claims a
lien on the followir.g described real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
Lot 22, Block 1549, Port St. Lucie
Subdivision, Section 30, Port St.
Lucie, Florida.
owned by Jon Vadeboncoeur. The nndersigned Attorney further says
that Lienor furnished the first of said iabor or services of said
same on July 2, 1984 and the last of the same on August 22, 1984
and that the Lienor served his Notice to Owner on September 26,
1984 by certified mail.
