Without the prior written consent of Mortgagee, Nortgagor shall not create or cause or permit to exist any lien on, or security interest in the premises herein mortgaged or any portion thereof, except as set forth on the schedule o~ "Permitted Bncumbrances• app~nded hereto. Any violation of the foregoing limitation, at the option of Mortgagee, shall be deemed an event of rlefault hereunder. 31. Whenever the context of this Mortgage so admits or ~ requires, the term~ Mortgagor and Mortgagee shall include the heirs, personal representatives, successors and/or assigns of the respective parties heretof the use of the singular number st~all include the plural, and the plural Lhe singular f the use of any gender shall include all genders, and if used, the term Note or Promissory Note shall include all the notes herein described if more than one.
