i THE MORTGAGOR COVENANTS AND AGREES THAT: -

(1) The MORTGAGOR herein shall make the payment s, called for in the 1St mortgage ~
~ now encumbering this property, to tne MORTGAGEE herein, which payment S the MORTGAGEE here- ~

(3) The MORTGAGOR herein shail not further enc~mber tnis property, except by obtaining the permission

F (4) The f~10RTGAGQR here~n ~vill at the request of the MORTGAGEE herein, refinance the first mortgage
nov~ encumbering this property at any time deemed dssirable by the PJIORTGAGEE herein. The pro-
ceeds of said refinancing to be applied against the unpaid balance due hereunder.
(5) The MORTGAGOR herein will at the req~~est of :he MORTGAGEE herein acknowledge this mortgage
and the amount stil) du~ afi the time oF the request on a form provid~d for this purpose by the MORT-
GAGEE.
(b) Failure on the part o~ th~ MORTGAGOR to comply with, perform, or abide by any of the agreements,
~-~9 stipulations, coi~ditions and coven~nts as set forth above in s~ctions l, 2, 3, 4 and 5, empowers tne
MORTGAGEE herein, at his opt;on, to deG~3re the entire balanc~ due hereunder to be due and payable

waiver of the righ! to exercise this o~tion at some later time.
