For vatue received, I, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defakation, ta the order of - =
HARRIS CONSTRUCTION C~RPORATiUN, at their offic,e in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum~ of a~~6~a4i ~
with interest from date at the rate of 8-Q 96 per annum, in morsthly installments as follows:

ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and
j exemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligatton or
