the time of maturity of any subsequent insfalfinent. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder ~
hereof after any dafault in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension. ~
Each maker, surety and endorssr hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, prssentment, protesfi ~
and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before ~
or after maturity, without notice to any of us; and t4 pay al! cqsts of collection, including a reasonabls attor-
ney's fee in the ev~nt of any defavlt hereunder, and hereby severally waives alf benefit of homestead and t
exemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or ~
any extension of renewal hereof. '
