To duly, promptly and fully perform, discharge, execute, e(fecl, complete, comply with and abide by eath and every the stipulations, agreements, conditions and covenaats in said ~Sromissory note and this mortgage set forth. 9. That in the event the ownership of the mortgaged premises, or any part thereof, becomes ve:ted in a person other than the MORTGAGOR, the ~4lORTGAGEE, its iuccessars and assigns, may, withoul notice to the MORTGAOR, deal with such successor or successor in interest with reference to Ihis mortgage and the debl hereby secu:ed in the same manner as with Mortgagor without in any way vitiating or discharging the Mlortgagori (iability here~ under or ~pon the debt hereby secured. No sale of the premises hereby mortgaged and no forbea~ance on the part of Ihe MORTGAGEE or its successors or assigns and no extension of the time for the payment of the debt hereby setured given by the hSORTGAGEE or its i~ccessors or asssg~is, shall operata lo release, discharge, modify change or affect the originai liability of the MQRTGAGOR herein, either in whole or in part. 10. C-Premiums on su;h mortgage guaranty insurance as mortgagee shall from t~me to time deem fit to carry on the loan secured hereby. Mortgagee shall from time to time notify mortgagor in ~vriting of the amoun! due and payable hereunder and such sum shall thereupon be due and payable on the due date of the next month?y payment and each svccessive month thereafter urtil mortgagee shall notify mortgagor of a change in such amount. Such sums shall be apolied by mortgagee to•Nard the payment of real property taxes, insurance prem;~ms, and mortgage guaranty insurance premiums.
