ments ~nd appurtenances, unto the said Mortgagee forever.
AND said Mortgagor covenants with said Mortgagee that said Mortgagor wholly
and solely owns said Boat, all and s.a.ngular, absolutely; ~ha:t the said Mortgagor has full
power and lawful right to sell and convey the sarne, all and singular, as aforesaid; that
said Boat, all and singular, is free and clear of any and all adverse claims, liens and
encumbrances; and that said Mortga.gor hereby fully w~arrants the title and ownership of
said Boat, all and singular, and wi.ll defend the same against the claim5 of all peraons
whomsaever.
PROVIDED ALV~AYS, that if said Mortgagor shall pay unto the said Mortgagee
