In consideration of the purchase by Second Party from First
Par~y of I,ot ll, Alock Z, CARLTON' S.4DDITION to Fort Pierce, Florida,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Buok 1, Page 166, public records
of st. Lucie County, Florida, ~og~ther with all furnitu~e, fixtures
~nd equipment, for a total considerat~on o£ Sixty Five ~'housand and
No/100 Dollars {$65, 000. 00) , Party of the First Part hereby agrees
~ with Parties of the Second Part as follow~:
1. THAT she will not engage in ~ny buainess as an individual,

! stockholder, officer or director of any corporat~on, directly or in- ~
direct~.y, of the same or s~.milar nature to the bus~ness operated on the
~ abo~~e d~scribed nroperty and being purchased by Second Partie~ from
t First Party, anywhere within St. Lucie, Indian River or Mart~n Counties,

~ Florida~ for a period of three (37 years from January 1, 1964; that is
~
i to say, First Party shall not engage in any busine~s~ direc~tZy or in-
directly, wherein alcoholic beverages of any kind are sold or ~e~ved for
~
ronsumption on ~ie premises and where food is serv~d on the premises.

~ It is not the inter~tion of this Agreement that Fire~ Party

€f ~hall be precluded from working or assisting in the operation of th~
