assigns, alt right and all claims and dernands of every kind against the said chattel now or to be installed
under said concract, chis waiver to continue until full compliance by said putthasec or lessee with all the
terms and conditions of said contract. The undersigned agrees that said chattel shall not become part of the
freehold sud may be repossessed by seller or lessor and assigns at any time. j
