EXCEPT the right ot way for North lOth
Street as shown thereon and the right of
way for Avenue "O" as described in Official
Record Book 2, at pages 247 and 2~2 of the ~
public records of said County~ ~

WHEREAS, notice of zntention to apply to said Board of ~

County CommissiQners to vacate said part of said plat was given
by leg~l notice published on October 22 and 29, 1965, in The

ilews 1'ribune, a daily newspaper published in Fort Pierce, St. ,
Lucie County, Florida, and - ~

WHEREAS, said petitioners hav~ shown conclusively that i

they are the owners in fee simple of all the lots and blocks in ~
that ~ortion of said subdivision sought to be vacated; ~hat the
vacation by said Board of the part sought to be vacated will r.ot
aff~ct the ownership of persons owning ather parts of said sub-

division; and that aI1 taxes for the year 1965 and prior years ~

have been paid.
