WHEREAS, the City of L'ort Pierce has acqu.ired the titl.e
to a 100-acre tract of land in the NW~ of Section 30, Township
34 South, Range 40 East fdr a sanitary land ~ill site, and
WHEREAS, said City has requested the FORT P~ERCE PORT AND

AYRPORT AUTHORITY to grant an easement for access to said site.
NOW, THEREFORE~ SE XT RESOLVED by the Board of Commission-
ers of the FORT PIERCE PORT AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY in meeting
assembled this 28th day af December, 1965, as follows:
1. That the City of E~'ort Pi~rce is hereby granted a non-
exclusive easement for ingress atid egress ~izrposes, including
the r.ight to cons~ruct, build and maintain a road thereon, over
the following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, ~o-
wit:
The West 50 feet of the SE'~ and the Wes~
50 feet of the SW~ of the NE¢ of Section
30, Township 34 South, Range 40 East. ~ ~
2. That a certified copy of this resolutian shall be re-
corded in the otfice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said
County.

GOUNTY OF ST, LUCZE
The undersigned, Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and ex officio Secretary of the FORT PZERCE PORT _
AND AIRPORT~AUTHORITY, do hereby certify that the above and f~re-
going is a true and c~rrec~ copy of a resolution adopted by the
Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority at a meeting heJ.d on the
28th day of December, 1965.
