That the Arainage Uistrict is the owner of ~he
: h~reinafter described land which is a part o~' its drainage
system and is used as right-~of-way for one of its drainage
; c~nals; and the ~ourity desiring an Easement over, upon ~nd
~ across said land for the construction and maintenance of
t a Coun~y road, and it being agreeable with Drainage Distri.c~
that such road be construct~d and maintained s~ibject to
~ the provisions hereinafter set forth; now therefore,

an Easemen t for the purposes aforesaid over, upon and
