No building other than one private dwelling and garage (carporte) or one apartment building (which ma~• include garage (carporte) for each apartment) may be erected on this lot. The building setback line shall be at least 25 feet from front or back line and 10 feet inside side lines. 2. No building may be erected on a land area of less than 9,000 square feet. 3. All plans, including plot plan3, elevations and fences must be first ap~roved by Grantor or an Association of Property O~vners when formed and such construction when started must be completed ' ~vithin 9 r_~onths, ± 4. No outside toilet facilities will be permitted and septic tanks musti be erected and maintained in a manner as prescribed by the St. Lucie County Board of Health. No drainage may be located with- in 25 feet of an adjoining lot, or 50 feet of any v.~ell. 5. No tent, trailer, or any temporary type of structure shall be used as a residence, and the lot shall not be used for storing any materials except construction in progress. 6. No fence, ~vall, hedge, trees or shrubs which obstructs vision bettiveen 2 and 6 feet above road- ways will be permitted on any corner lot. 7. No activity will be permitted which is a nuisance or annoyance to the neighborhood. Household pets are permitted. if not maintained for any commercial purpose. 8.
